Help & Support
Placing an order with us is designed to be easy, safe and convenient. Below is some information about our service. Please remember we are here to help, so contact us if you have any queries what-so-ever.
We partner with several courier companies including Federal Express to offer flexible delivery options. If you are unsure of which shipping option to choose, simply proceed with selecting your products and during checkout you will be presented with all options available. The moment an order is received we begin to process it and once dispatched we will email you the tracking details. All parcels are insured with track and trace available online.
The cost of delivery is based on the destination, weight and quantity of goods ordered. To see the exact price for shipping, add the required items to your shopping cart and see the "Estimate Shipping" section for an exact quote.
Some items are available for engraving and these are indicated as such. Personalised items are non-returnable and please allow an additional 7 business days prior to shipping for the engraving process.
A gift card can be included with your order and this option is available during checkout. We'll print your personalised greeting onto a gift card so you can send gifts direct to your recipient.
All pricing includes sales tax/VAT.
Currently you can pay via PayPal. We will be extending our payment options in the very near future.
The security of your online purchase is of paramount importance to us. We take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data including using a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your payment information. All data sent to our server and the data returned to you when viewing a secure page is encrypted to prevent unauthorised persons intercepting your details. When you enter the checkout area of our site you will move to our secure server. You can instantly see that a page is being viewed in secure mode as the URL (address) will start with "https://" instead of the usual "http://".
